Let’s say a snail moves it’s own body length every 20 seconds. Wouldn’t that make the snail very fast if it were this bog?

Assuming this is a medium fast kind of snail, around 6 m/h and it's a thousand times larger than normal, the giant snail is moving at round about 6 km/h. I would advise jogging at a medium pace. (Numbers taken from the Planorbarius Corneus)
