Captain here. This is an automotive wheel/tire balancing machine. Most of them when you close the safety cover he's standing under, the wheel starts spinning automatically. Could seriously injure someone since it spins so fast in order to actually measure imbalance. Every time I use one of surprises me how something so big and chunky can be so precise, telling you exactly where to put like 2g or 0.25oz of weight to balance the wheel/tire assembly so there's no vibration even at 150+ kmh. *Flies away*
